熟料取样器
性能和机械特性
与活塞取样器一道，熟料取样器是最常用的从物料流中移除选择性样品的取样器。为此，机器带有一个取样勺，可在设定的时间内气动送入到产品流中并填满样品物料。拉回取样勺时，通过活塞将取样勺从取样器外壳内取出，并在刚性筛网上对物料样品进行预分类。如此获得的精细物料可以在管座处予以进一步分析。于另一个管座处接收粗糙的材料，并将其再次输送到物料流中。
