性能和机械特性
下管/混料取样器通过取样槽执行取样操作,该取样槽以恒定的速度在物料流中循环运动。当取样槽在物料流中旋转时,部分物料被连续分离并导出。物料通过管座收集,由此获得样品并对其进行进一步处理。虽然两个样品之间的取样槽等待位置位于物料输送空间内,但是它位于主要产品流之外,以防止样品槽和材料流之间的直接接触,并减少样品槽的磨损。
取样槽既可以由齿轮电机驱动,也可以由气压缸驱动。
下管取样器和混料取样器之间的区别是待取样的物料流的形状,它对取样槽的角度有影响。
