下管旋转取样器
性能和机械特性
下管旋转取样器由开槽容器进行取样操作，该容器以恒定的速度在物料流中旋转。当开槽容器在物料流中旋转时，从物料流中取出样品并在开槽容器中收集。样品随后被样品卸料槽上方的可移动底座排放。完全排出后，开槽容器回转回到等待位置。对于这种取样器而言，等待位置位于主要材料流之外，因此其不会受到磨损。
可以通过气缸和三相电机来实现开槽容器的旋转运动。
