螺旋取样器
性能和机械特性
螺旋取样器可从物料流中直接选取样品。为确保足够的代表性，待取样的产品流在不同粒度方面必须具有同质性。通过在材料流中伸出的样品收集管进行取样。
样品收集管设有开口，材料可单向落入其中。取样时，螺旋取样器首先朝着材料流动方向排空样品收集管。在规定的排空时间过后，螺旋反转并将落入样品收集管的样品输送到主管道外的管座。
